Anyone looking for a job in Gaming or Tech. Post about what you are looking for, which companies interest you, and what you bring to the table. Sign up with any email address.
Offering a referral
People who work at Gaming or Tech companies and can refer strong candidates. Sign up with any email and activate your Referrer badge by adding your verified business email in Settings.
You can be both. Many people are actively looking while also able to refer others into their current or former companies.
Built to protect job seekers
Job seekers are frequent targets of scammers. Fake recruiters and fraudulent companies collect personal information under the guise of job opportunities, and it happens more than most people realize. Every trust and safety decision on Insiderly is made with that reality in mind.
Business email verification
Referrers and Recruiters must verify a business email address to activate their badge. Personal email domains are not accepted. This is our first line of defense against bad actors posing as legitimate insiders.
Handles by default
Your real name is never displayed without your explicit consent. Accounts default to showing your handle. If you do not set a handle, you will be warned before your real name is shown publicly.
Report and review
Any post or profile can be reported. Reported content is immediately hidden pending admin review. We take every report seriously and act quickly.
Anti-spam protection
DM limits prevent harassment. Repeat offenders are flagged for review. You can block any user and restrict who can message you at any time.

Insiderly works because people choose to be genuinely helpful. These guidelines exist to protect that.

Be real Only post as yourself. No fake accounts, no impersonating others, no misrepresenting your role or company.

Be respectful This is a professional community. Treat everyone the way you would want to be treated in a job search, which is to say, with basic human decency.

Keep posts focused Posts should be about seeking or offering referrals. Keep them concise and relevant. The 100 word target exists for a reason. Respect other people's attention.

No spam, no solicitation Do not use Insiderly to sell products, services, or courses. Do not mass-DM people. Do not post the same thing repeatedly.

Respect privacy Do not share other people's personal information. Do not screenshot and share private conversations. What happens in DMs stays in DMs.

Report, don't retaliate If someone violates these guidelines, report them. Do not engage, do not escalate. We will handle it.
Violations may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent ban depending on severity. The admin's decisions are final.
Free forever. Funded by the community.
Insiderly is free because job searching is already expensive enough in time, energy, and often money. Putting a paywall in front of referrals defeats the entire purpose of building a community.
