Who we are and what this is
Insiderly is a free, community-driven platform that connects job seekers with people who can refer them at Gaming and Tech companies.
By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Insiderly.
You must be 18 years or older to use this platform.

Your account
You are responsible for your account and everything that happens under it. A few rules:
- Use your real identity. Do not create fake accounts or impersonate other people. You can choose to display a handle instead of your real name on your profile and posts.
- Keep your login credentials secure. Do not share your password.
- One account per person. Multiple accounts are not permitted.
- If you are signing up as a Referrer or Recruiter, you must use a valid business email address to activate that status. Misrepresenting your affiliation with a company is a violation of these terms.
- You must confirm that you are 18 or older at signup. Accounts found to belong to minors will be removed.
What you can do here
Insiderly is for seeking and offering job referrals in the Gaming and Tech industries. You are welcome to:
- Post about roles you are looking for and companies you are interested in.
- Offer referrals to people whose background fits your company.
- Offer coaching or mentorship to other members of the community.
- Connect with other members, send direct messages, and reply to posts.
- Build a profile that represents your professional background honestly.
- Be kind and respectful to each other. This is a community looking for professional connections.
- Report content or users that violate these terms.
What you cannot do here
The following are not allowed on Insiderly. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or a permanent ban.
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information about yourself or your affiliation with a company.
- Impersonate another person, company, or organization.
- Harass, threaten, or target other users.
- Spam — this includes mass DMs, repetitive posts, and unsolicited solicitation.
- Use the platform to sell products, services, courses, or anything unrelated to job referrals.
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the platform in an automated way.
- Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that are not yours.
- Post content that is illegal, discriminatory, or harmful.
- Create multiple accounts to evade a suspension or ban.
Your content
When you post on Insiderly, you keep ownership of what you write. By posting, you give Insiderly a license to display that content on the platform. That is the only thing we do with it.
You are responsible for what you post. Do not share confidential information about your employer, post content you do not have the right to share, or make claims you cannot back up.
You can delete your own posts at any time. Deleted posts are removed from public view immediately.
Enforcement
We take community guidelines seriously and act on reports promptly. Here is how enforcement works:
- Reported content is hidden from public view immediately and will not reappear until a review is completed and the content has been approved. You will not receive any status updates for reported content.
- Minor violations may result in a warning.
- Serious or repeat violations may result in a temporary suspension.
- Certain violations — including fraud, harassment, and scam activity — result in a permanent ban.
- The administrator's decisions are final.
If you believe your account was actioned in error, you can contact us to request a review. We will take a second look but cannot guarantee a different outcome.
The platform is free to use and supported by donations
Insiderly is free to use. There are no paid tiers or paywalled features. Optional donations through Ko-fi help keep the platform running. Donations are voluntary and do not affect your access to any features beyond a Supporter badge displayed on your profile.
Disclaimer and limitations
Insiderly connects people. We do not verify the accuracy of referral offers, hiring claims, or company affiliations beyond business email domain validation. Use your own judgment when engaging with other users. Never share sensitive personal information such as your home address, social security number, or financial details with anyone you meet on this platform. If something feels off, trust that instinct and report it.
Insiderly is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for outcomes resulting from connections made on the platform, including referrals that do not lead to employment.
We are not liable for the behavior or content of other users on the platform. If you encounter behavior or content that violates these terms, please report it.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes to these terms, we will notify registered users via a sitewide notice and update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Insiderly after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
